Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the date you receive your items to send them back for a refund or exchange—no questions asked.
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your items are unused, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging.
Please note that sale items marked as final sale, gift cards, and customized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Carefully repack your items, ideally using the original packaging.
You may use our prepaid return label or choose your preferred shipping method to send the package back.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
